Determining camera parameters from the perspective projection of a rectangle

In this note we show how to use the 2D perspective projection of a rectangle of unknown size and position in 3D space to determine the camera look angle parameters relative to the plans of the rectangle. All equations are simple. In addition, if the size of the rectangle is known, it is possible to compute the exact 3D coordinates of the rectangle.
