Design of piecewise linear classifiers from formal neurons by a basis exchange technique

摘要

A procedure of design of piecewise linear classifiers from formal neurons is described. The classifier is designed on the base of the learning sets in such a manner that these sets are completely reclassified by a two-layer network of formal neurons. The proposed procedure uses a basis exchange technique which allows us to find a solution after a finite number of iterations.
