The canonical coordinates method for pattern recognition—II. Isomorphisms with affine transformations

摘要

The canonical coordinates method for pattern recognition is extended. Conditions are examined for the existence of an isomorphism between a given deformation group and some Affine transformation. New invariants for many non-linear deformations are derived. Several examples with real images are given.
