A note on inverse filtering for anisoplanatic systems with coherent illumination

The Mellin transform permits the construction of a filter function for anisoplanatic imagery and coherent illumination; the class of aberrations that can be incorporated into such a filter is shown to contain field curvature and astigmatism.
