Fast givens transformations applied to the homogeneous optimization method

摘要

Considered is an application of fast Givens transformations to the homogeneous algorithm for unconstrained optimization problems. The optimization algorithm is based on a nonquadratic model function. Several numerical test cases illustrate the performance of the proposed version of the method.
