Iterative solution of the M[x]/C2/S/N queues

A numerical solution of multiserver queue with Markovian group arrival and Coxian servers of a finite buffer (M[x]/C2/S/N) is presented. The point- successive-over-relaxation method with an optimal dynamic relaxation factor is used to obtain the steady-state probabilities and performance measures such as the mean queue length and the mean number of customers in the system. This queue can be used as a model for a computer system with parallel processing capabilities.
