Continuous-time Chandrasekhar smoothers in detection and tracking

摘要

This paper considers the design of Chandrashekhar smoothing processors in detecting and tracking signals generated from linear time-invariant dynamical systems from noisy data by using modern LSI technique. The software of the smoothing processors is developed based on the Chandrasekhar filtering formula where the structure is simplier than that of Kalman filtering architecture. The feature of the smoothing processors is that the number of data processing units is less than that in the Kalman architecture.
