A simple algorithm for computing the fourier spectrum of experimentally obtained signals

An algorithm is presented for calculating the Fourier coefficients of experimentally obtained waveforms. The implementation of this algorithm requires only simple basic mathematical operations. Applications of the algorithm are illustrated by examples and results are compared with currently used techniques.
