Inverse problems in radiative transfer

摘要

Inverse problems in radiative transfer have made major progress in recent years. Many results are presented in a book by H. Natsuyama, S. Ueno, A. Wang (Terrestrial Radiative Transfer: Modelling, Computation, and Data Analysis, Springer, Berlin, 1998). We outline some recent results obtained by myself and S. Ueno. Most of the work concerns three-dimensional radiative transfer and is associated with correction of atmospheric effects on earth imaging and searchlight problems.
