Existence of weak solutions to a system of avalanche-semiconductor equations

The paper is concerned with a system of avalanche-semiconductor equations. Under the assumption that initial value ui0(x)∈L+2(Ω), we get the existence of local weak solution to this mixed nonlinear boundary value problem.
