In this study, we have found upper and lower bounds for the spectral norm of Cauchy–Toeplitz and Cauchy–Hankel matrices in the forms Tn=[1/(a+(i−j)b)]ni,j=1, Hn=[1/(a+(i+j)b)]ni,j=1.
