Symbolic computation and various exact solutions of potential Kadomstev–Petviashvili equation

摘要

In this paper, we make some improvement on the key steps of homogenous balance method, and apply it to the research of potential Kadomstev–Petviashvili equation. Various exact solutions, include soliton, multisoliton and rational-type solutions, of the equation are obtained.
