The finite difference streamline diffusion method for the incompressible Navier–Stokes equations

摘要

In this paper, a finite difference streamline diffusion scheme is introduced for solving the incompressible Navier–Stokes equations. For the scheme considered, the stability is proved and a quasi-optimal error estimate for the velocity in L∞(L2)-norm is derived.
