On the lower bounds for the norms of Cauchy–Toeplitz and Cauchy–Hankel matrices

In this paper, we give lower bounds for the Euclidean norms and spectral norms of Cauchy–Toeplitz matrices and Cauchy–Hankel matrices in the forms Tn=[1/(g+(i-j)h)]i,j=1n, Hn=[1/(g+(i+j)h)]i,j=1n, respectively.
