RETRACTED: The general (vector) solutions of such linear (coupled) matrix fractional differential equations by using Kronecker structures

Some of the properties presented in section “2.3. Mittag-Leffler matrix” are not true. These results are presented in the paper without providing any proof.After receiving a report from a reader, the Editor-in-Chief consulted a third party expert and an Associate Editor of the journal. The response from the author has been considered unsatisfactory and the Editor-in-Chief decided to retract the paper.
