Robust normalization and H∞ stabilization for uncertain Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy singular systems with time-delays

Highlights:

• Simultaneous robust normalization and H-infinity control problems are first addressed in a systematic way for uncertain TSFSSs.

• Meaningfully, the uncertainties are involved in all system matrices including derivative matrices, which is more complicated in the design.

• There are no restrictions imposed on the rank of derivative matrices with uncertainties, that is, the derivative matrices may be singular.

• Without using any model transformations, the fuzzy PDSFC is effectively synthesized by resorting to the free-weighting matrix method.

• All the conditions are presented as strict LMIs. Thus, it can be handled conveniently by Matlab.
