Monostatic sampling methods in limited‐aperture configuration

作者:

Highlights:

• Sampling-type methods operated at single- and multiple-frequency are proposed for monostatic imaging in two-dimensional limited-aperture scattering problems.

• Asymptotic structures of the methods are verified to establish the effect of measurement range on the imaging performance of proposed schemes.

• Asymptotic structures of the methods are compared to those of the direct sampling methods in limited-aperture configuration.

• Various numerical simulations using synthetic data are presented to validate the theoretical results.
