Generating suggestions through document structure mapping

摘要

In this article we discuss the role of analogical reasoning for decision making and creativity support. In particular, we investigate the issue of how to apply structure mapping theory of analogical reasoning so that when requested information is not available, a new document can be generated through analogical reasoning using structure mapping. We also describe an implementation using schema-free relational databases, in which document structure mapping is realized as new tuple generation in schema-free relational databases.
