An object-oriented approach to work group support systems analysis

Work group support systems analysis entails features unique to the traditional information systems analysis techniques for transaction processing systems, management information systems and decision support systems. In this paper an object-oriented approach to work group support systems analysis is presented. An example of the application of the approach is demonstrated. Lessons learned from the case are discussed.
