This paper illustrates how Singapore Airlines (SIA) emphasizes proper management of the critical success factors pertaining to information systems to enable her to provide better services to her customers and to compete more effectively. Proper management of information systems does contribute significantly to SIA achieving the status as one of the best, if not the best, airline in the world by ensuring that systems serve business needs and continue to do so despite changing environmental conditions.
