On evaluation of the effects of earthquake and wind on reliability of a structure

摘要

Evaluation of the effects of earthquake and wind on reliability of a structure is considered. An improved method comprising two separate steps is introduced and its advantages are pointed out. It is shown that the method is very simple to apply and this is demonstrated using two sets of available data.
