A minimum configuration fourth-order nonautonomous explicit Rosenbrock method for nonstiff differential equations

One class of methods for solving nonstiff ordinary differential equations is the so called explicit Rosenbrock method. A general formulation for these methods is proposed, and a procedure for converting autonomous methods to nonautonomous form is described. A fourth-order method which requires the minimum computational work per step is described.
