Fixed point techniques and Schauder bases to approximate the solution of the first order nonlinear mixed Fredholm–Volterra integro-differential equation

In this work we approximate the solution of the first order nonlinear Fredholm–Volterra integro-differential equation, by means of a new method for its numerical resolution. The main tools used to establish it are the properties of a biorthogonal system in a Banach space and the Banach fixed point theorem.
