摘要
The inverse heat conduction problem involves the calculation of surface heat flux and/or temperature histories from transient, measured temperatures inside solids. This paper proposes and investigates a new combined procedure that is based on two different methods: a data filtering interpretation of the mollification method and Beck's future temperature method. A test case is investigated of a semi-infinite body exposed to a heat flux that is initially zero, has a unit increase, an then drops to zero. The combined procedure is shown to be accurate and stable with respect to perturbations in the data even for small dimensionless time steps. The future temperatures method can be significantly improved upon by the combined procedure.
