Co-recursive orthogonal polynomials and fourth-order differential equation

We give explicitly the 4th-order differential equation satisfied by the co-recursive polynomials of the classical orthogonal polynomials. We emphasize the LEGENDRE and BESSEL cases for which the co-recursive differential equation coïncide with the equation satisfied by the numerator polynomial differential equation and we propose new conjectures.
