A point method for a semi-conductor equation

In this paper we present a numerical method solving kinetic equations for semi-conductors. The method is based on a finite-point approximation of the initial distribution and a rediscretization of the gain term in the collision integral. This is made using sequences of uniform distribution. Also the convergence of the method is shown with this number-theoretical approach.
