ObjectiveThe present study assessed the validity of approximate entropy (ApEn) analysis of arterial oxygen saturation (SaO2) data obtained from pulse oximetric recordings as a diagnostic test for obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) in patients clinically suspected of suffering this disease.
