Certificateless anti-quantum ring signcryption for network coding

Network coding is a kind of information interaction technology which combines the routing with coding, and it can improve the system robustness and save the wireless network resources. However, the traditional ring signcryption is not suitable for network coding and quantum computing settings. In view of this, we propose a certificateless anti-quantum ring signcryption for network coding (NC-CLAQRSC), which is devised based on the small integer solution and learning with errors problems. NC-CLAQRSC satisfies the confidentiality and existential unforgeability. NC-CLAQRSC has high communication efficiency and low computation cost.
