The master of science concentration in applied artificial intelligence and expert systems at George Washington University

For over ten years, the Department of Management Science at George Washington University has offered a Master of Science in Information Systems Technology. Recently, this degree's focus has been broadened and a new concentration has been added to accommodate increasing student interest in applied artificial intelligence and expert systems (AAI/ES). The main objective of this new program is to teach students how to practically apply AAI/ES technology and tools and to provide the students with a thorough understanding of the underlying theoretical foundations of this technology. It is expected that graduates will obtain a competitive career advantage by learning how to use, integrate, and relate the latest artificial intelligence tools and methodologies to current business applications.
