An integrated intelligent system for ceramic kilns

摘要

This paper describes an integrated intelligent computer-aided design (CAD) system for ceramic kiln with an object-oriented database as its core utilizing object-oriented programming (OOP) technology. In addition to the structure and methods of the object-oriented database, the expert system and the drafting system are discussed in detail. The idea of an integrated intelligent CAD environment is introduced which can greatly improve design efficiency and quality.
