Compact grammer for algorithmic Wiswesser notation using morgan name

摘要

Described here is an efficient encoding procedure for Algorithmic Wiswesser Notation (ALWIN), using the Morgan labelling algorithm and the neighbourhood relationship in a chemical graph. This procedure introduces a hierarchy to bring in an order for the unique description of the chemical structure with a minimal computational effort. In addition, this approach unifies the two different schemes of notation, viz. WLN and CAS Morgan name and provides a basis for a comon chemical language.
