Static output feedback secure synchronization control for Markov jump neural networks under hybrid cyber-attacks

Highlights:
• A new hybrid cyber-attacks model is established, which consists of random deception attack and DoS attack. Then, by introducing two groups of independent random variables satisfying Bernoulli distribution, MJNNs and hybrid cyber-attacks are brought into a unified framework.
• A mode-independent SOF control strategy as a feasible solution to realize driving based on the output signal is proposed, which is more practical than the traditional one.
